WM Child Protection Procedures
All adults working in schools are required to have read at least Part 1 of the most recent update to Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE).
Keeping Children Safe in Education (Part 1)
If you have a concern about a child you must report it in writing to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) at the school in which you are teaching and also follow up with the WM designated safeguarding leads. If you have a concern about a child at the Music Academy then you must report this to the WM designated safeguarding lead using the document below.

Cover Requests
It is important that pupils, schools, and parents receive consistency, and whilst we understand that there may be the odd occasion where you have another work commitment or are unwell, the expectation is that you are able to commit to delivering the majority of your teaching sessions each term. To submit a cover request please click the following link.

Wandsworth Music operates on a monthly processing cycle. Claims received by the 1st of the month will be processed for approval, in accordance with the payroll dates provided.
If the first of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next working day. Claims received after the first of the month may not be processed until the next monthly processing cycle e.g. claims received between 2nd September and 1st October will be processed in the October payroll, claims received on or after 2nd October, may not be processed until the November payroll.
Claims must be made each month by the deadline and not allowed to accumulate. Please do not wait until the end of the term to claim hours in one batch.

Claims for payment MUST be made at each claim date, and not allowed to accumulate.
